Q: What were your initial thoughts when you were brought on to the administration at MHS?

A: My initial thoughts when I was brought on to the administrative team at MHS were seeing how I can be of assistance, value and provide meaningful feedback to a high performing team of administrators in support of all educators.

Q:The assistant principal does a lot at MHS; were you nervous about having to take most of those tasks over?

A: The AP role is one that does have many responsibilities, and like many, I was nervous entering a new environment. I have been fortunate to have five years of administrative experience to draw from as I stepped into this position.  My experiences enables me to know what, how and when to prioritize as well as organize my responsibilities.

Q: Explain how much of a role Dr. Kroll. has played in your transition at MHS?

A: Dr. Kroll is an excellent leader and has been supportive in providing a smooth transition here at MHS.  He communicates well and is able to provide a valuable amount of knowledge as we collaborate with educators to improve the educational experience at MHS.

Q: What are you most excited for as your first year as the assistant principal?

A: I am most excited to collaborate and work with all teachers, staff members and community members.  I am also excited to meet the students!
