I fell in love with theatre at a very young age, being engaged in the theatre arts since middle school all the way to senior year in high school, but writing has also always been a small passion of mine that I never took forward. By taking journalism this year, I hope to explore a different side of writing-- to travel a new path of passions while connecting to the real world. I am also connected to the world of the deaf community as I grew up learning sign language as another way to communicate with my family. I fall in love with anything creative--anything that allows me to see the world in a different way than what most see in their daily lives.
