My name is Nick Schwenk, I’m a freshman at MHS and I run for the cross country team. I also love basketball and football. My main writing interests are sports and political pieces. I’d like to leave a mark in the sportswriting world and one day at ESPN. I think that social media is the way people get the majority of their news, and I’d like to make The Mustang more relevant on social media as a source of news for everyone in Mundelein. Besides an interest in sports and working on The Mustang, I like to watch movies and hang out with my friends.
