Stroopwafels from the Netherlands: Not only did the table for the Netherlands offer delicious stroopwafels, but it also shared interesting historical and cultural aspects of the Netherlands. Juliana Myrant, a junior, shared how her grandpa on her moms side is from the Netherlands and her mother grew up there as well. My mom is trying to share this culture with our family and I wanted to share [this culture] with MHS, Myrant said.

The Allied Sports Team concluded their basketball season with the epic game that took place on Oct. 29 against Warren Township High School. This game was held during third and fourth period. MHS students filled the stands as they supported their peers. It was a close game with lots of talented players, but Mundelein did come out with a victory in the end!
